Ricetta

  • Parboil potato slices
  • Crumble and fry salsiccia
  • Prepare pizza dough
  • Top dough with mixture of olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper
  • Add potatos and cooked sausage
  • Cover with grated mozzerella
  • Bake for about 40mins
  • Serve optionally with finely grated pecorino romano
